ha222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, receipt of a chargeback, failure to complete identity verification, or at the sole discretion of ha222 management.

If your account is closed by ha222 for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in your account may be forfeited in its entirety, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where ha222 determines that no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
